Expanded sales to California in December.
First international sale made in August.
Pilot of LoRA version tested.

Pilot of whole-building software insights and API for integration with existing building management systems (BMS).
Pilot of predictive maintenance software for identifying early-stage leak progression.
2019-2020
Pre-commercial operation with several major hotel brands to fine-tune software interfaces while identifying freshwater use and waste.
2018-2019
Worked with 4 hospitality ownership groups and 4 hospitality internet service providers on improving product in use.
2017
Received funding from the National Science Foundation Small Business Innovation Research (NSF-SBIR) to develop the initial prototype software and hardware for test and evaluation in the hospitality and condominium markets.
2016-2017
Interviewed 700+ potential customers resulting in a well-validated technology offering with a solid go-to-market strategy.

Completed National Science Foundation I-Site program and received funding.
